When will my prints arrive?

Prints usually take a maximum of 2 weeks preparation for shipment, as I am printing and packaging each order with love and care. Prints are then shipped with First Class Mail, which according to USPS.com can take approximately 1-3 business days.  Thank you in advance for your patience.

Do the prints have a margin or border?

Yes, the margin will vary depending on the original aspect ratio of the artwork, but there is usually at least a 1/4" margin on the left and right sides, and at least a 1/2" margin on the top and bottom edges.

What is the return/refund policy?

If the print arrives damaged during shipment, I will gladly send you a replacement print. Please take a photo of the damaged package and print and email it to me at art.darcystovall@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
